Every member follows the same path. You cannot skip the membership fee, and you cannot spend Gold Hearts as cash.
Create your profile, add next-of-kin details, and pay the membership fee of ₦2,500.00. Membership stays pending until that payment is confirmed.
Describe what you need help with. You need enough Gold Hearts to publish. Until then, your campaign stays in draft.
Pledge Naira to another member’s published campaign. Gold Hearts for that pledge stay pending until you fulfil it.
Pay the pledge from your cash wallet, then withdraw available Naira. Gold Hearts and cash never mix.
You earn Gold Hearts when you fulfil pledges and from some membership rewards. You need Gold Hearts to publish a campaign. They are not Naira and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Credit your cash wallet to fulfil pledges and pay platform charges. Campaign funding is paid in Naira. You withdraw available cash, not Gold Hearts.
Joining takes four short steps. The membership fee is ₦2,500.00. After payment is confirmed, you can finish registration and use your dashboard.
